Key activities include:
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Source and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc.
Coordinate interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
Hands on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Sound technical knowledge to interview and hire candidates.
Extensive IT Technical knowledge and hands on experience in writing/ create job description based on technical manager requisite.
Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter and Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
