As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Sky2C, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and functional user interfaces for our web-based products. Working alongside our founders and a dynamic product team, your designs will directly impact our clients experience, enabling them to easily create new shipments, track existing ones, manage inventory, and obtain transparent quotes for each step of the fulfilment process.

Your Role and Responsibilities_
Design Leadership: Spearhead the user experience strategy across sky2c.com, guiding design projects from conception to implementation.
User Research & Insights: Conduct comprehensive user research to deeply understand our customers needs, translating these insights into compelling design solutions.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with product managers and engineers to refine and evolve feature designs, pushing the envelope of what's possible while ensuring practical application.
Systematic Design Approach: Develop and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints.
Mentorship & Growth: Lead by example, mentoring junior designers and promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the design team.

What We're Looking For_
Proven Expertise: 4+ years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex design challenges, preferably in the proptech or tech-forward sectors.
Tool Mastery: Proficiency in creating Mobile responsive design using Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar, with a solid grasp of the technical aspects of web and mobile development.
Craft UX Experience: Design user journeys through analyzing data and designing wireframes, flow diagrams, and storyboards.
Creative Problem-Solving: A knack for untangling intricate user and business needs, transforming them into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
Attention to Detail: Aesthetic sensibility attuned to the latest design trends, balancing beauty with usability.
- Leadership Qualities: Experience in project leadership and designer mentorship, excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
