Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior UI/UX Designer at Kenshi Labs Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore South (JP Nagar). As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs, developing mockups, conducting front-end development, and optimizing user experience (UX). Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, prototyping, and implementing UI design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and opportunities for innovation
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web interfaces
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive UI/UX for our applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, to ensure design alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Create engaging and informative visual designs, such as illustrations, icons, and infographics
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps and web applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and UI best practices
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders
