Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Kochi. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and handling operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve travel consulting and travel management.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in handling travel arrangements and reservations
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and destinations
• Experience with travel booking systems and software
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
