The Role:

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively. The candidate will have an understanding on financial markets, investment strategies, and wealth management practices and play a critical role in supporting business units by providing expert insights, analysis, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the account opening, account maintenance, payments/transfers and enter the customer details based on the procedures defined in standard operating procedures
• Knowledge related to Equities, bonds and Mutual funds
• Manage performance, development and adherence to organizational policies
• Exposure to Training need assessment parameter-based assessment for root cause analysis and action planning
• Content Development and implementation
• Providing stakeholders with insights to business development and expansion
• Providing insights into automation capabilities
• Maintaining governance mechanisms that adhere to ISO Standards

Skills Required:

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to work in a Back-Office Operations environment - Advanced
• Coaching & Feedback Intermediate
• Facilitations Skills Intermediate
• Governance and Reporting Intermediate
• Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software)
• Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff - Intermediate
• Must have basic skills in usage of MS Word and MS Excel - Advanced
• Must be able to multi-task and be adaptable to change Advanced

Qualifications & Experience:

• Min. 2-4 years experience on Capital Markets or Wealth Management Domain (US Capital Markets/Wealth Management)
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate Degree with Aggregate 70% score.
