Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Training Executive at Subway. The Senior Training Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting workshops, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing support to franchisees and employees. This role involves promoting a culture of learning and development within the organization.
Qualifications
- Training Program Development, Workshop Facilitation, and Training Evaluation skills
- Strong understanding of Adult Learning Principles
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Organizational and project management abilities
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, HR, or related field
