We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical projects and programs to improve Retail profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: . Lead large-scale, complex technical programs from conception to completion . Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverables . Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations . Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove obstacles to program success . Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management . Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies
Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) . 7+ years of experience in technical program management . Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies . Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills . Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment . Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies . PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
