- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) utilizing Delphix.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience in Test Data Management (TDM) using tools such as Delphix, Informatica TDM, and IBM Infosphere Optim.
- Proficient in Data Masking, Synthetic Data Generation, and Data Subset for various database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, as well as Flat Files like CSVs, FD, JSONs, XMLs, etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages/scripting such as Java, PowerShell, and Python is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
- Extensive knowledge in implementing TDM capabilities across testing life cycles.
- Additional proficiency in Python and Snowflake is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of database management systems like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey methods effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and share techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the determination to apply various techniques to achieve results.
