Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies for driving sales across targeted segments and districts.
  • Visit clients on ground and ensure the execution of agreed strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase penetration across key territories.
  • Actively track the activities and performance of the sales team along with keeping a course of various key sales metrics like revenue achievements, daily input goals, etc. from each region.
  • Travel across the territory & work closely with the Sales teams to ensure retention & acquisition goals are met

Desired Qualification

10+ years of experience in handling end to end sales cycle. Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling pharma sales.

Experience in Ayurveda will be preferred.

Aggressive in approach & self-starter & self-motivated.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
