Role Purpose Statement:


nTo manage the B2B Business (Bakery and Ingredients) in the stated location. They need a close monitoring and Distribution expansion and better focus on infrastructure building. The key responsibility and ownership will bring business growth in the area.


nMain Accountabilities
:


n

  • nTo Manage current distribution networkn
  • Expand distribution network by appointing sales person to cover uncovered Bakers.
  • nTo drive Bakery conversion by arranging trials.
  • nExpand the range of products from our product list among Bakers buying our Bakery Fats, Ingredients & Margarines.
  • nSetting up cold chain distribution for our Whip topping products.
  • nDevelop the market for achieving year on year growth for the next 3-5 years

  • nTo achieve the targeted volume.
  • nWill supervise third party employees.


nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
:


n

  • nTo drive automation by using SFA and DMS.
  • nAchieve annual Volume on monthly/Quarterly basis.
  • nVolume growth over last year in Bakery and Ingredients business
  • nReduce Expiry stock to zero.
  • nSFA Usage Hygiene, Number of Customer Visits per Month, Outlet Addition, Focus SKU Volume


nMajor Opportunities and Decisions:


nHandling the complex and dynamic changing of rates. Controlling the secondary sales with the prevailing rates.

nThe deployment of technical team and utilization of their efforts productively.


nManagement/Leadership
:


n

  • nTo have full control of the secondary market & customers and knowledge of competition activities
  • nGood market knowledge and team management skill.
  • nBasic Baking knowledge i.e. application of fats & ingredients both
  • nGood negotiating skills
  • nShould be a team player, with good product and territory knowledge along with strong communication.
  • nStrong analytical ability to interpret data and guide team for achieving desired business results.


nKey Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces
:


n

  • nHandling of Distributors, Super stockiest, C&FA, Logistics Team etc.n
  • Having good market relations and effectively communicate with other support functions, Top Management, and the Marketing Team.
  • nTimely reporting


nKnowledge and Technical Competencies
:


n

  • nTo have the knowledge of Fats & Ingredients.
  • nBasic Technical knowledge.
  • nTrials to Bakers for conversions with technical team support


nEducation/Experience
:

  • nGraduate, technical application-based knowledge to convert customers.n
  • Work experience should be relevant to Fats & Ingredients for 5 years.
  • nShould be proficient in Local Language and Hindi, should also be good in English writing and speaking.n
  • Computer knowledge is must.
