Job Title: Telecaller Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.
- Utilize scripts to engage with individuals and address their queries or concerns.
Identify prospects needs and suggest appropriate products/services.- Provide accurate information about our products/services to potential customers.
Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure their needs are met.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas are met and opportunities are maximized.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport over the phone.- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
