What we're looking for
We are looking for a procurement professional to join our global procurement department. The buyer will manage Allot's business engagements with various providers in the indirect services licensees domain.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing projects to completion- from initiation through the bidding process, RFP, supplier selection activities, negotiation, and contracting.
- Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across the supply base
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Work with various Allot teams on their requirements and long-term needs.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and Legal to continuously improve Allot engagements (Pricing, Quality, etc)
- As part of the procurement team, support various procurement tasks and projects
- Order management- Review relevant internal requests, issue Purchase orders
What you should have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Economics /Business administration/Law
- Experience in Procurement in High Tech companies.
- Industry exp +3 Years Procurement in IT companies (Global Procurement)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Outstanding service orientation
- High level of English, spoken and written
- ERP Oracle experience advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to communicate effectively with partners, internal customers and vendors across different countries and cultures
- Good presentation skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, assertiveness, and multitasking capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Note: We are targeting people from Only Mumbai or Navi Mumbai who are interested to work in a hybrid mode from Navi Mumbai office.
