JOB TITLE: Senior Infrastructure Specialist-D365 F&On
JOB SUMMARY:n
n
nThe Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Argano's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. They ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all systems to support the company's operations. They establish web system specifications by analyzing access, information and security requirements and designing system infrastructure.n
Key Responsibilities:n
- Troubleshoot and resolve client care tickets at the senior consultant level:n
- Review inbound casesn
- Actively chase and track updates on work from internal customersn
- Ensure progression and escalate as requiredn
- Responsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)n
- Support D365 F&O features including but not limited to System / Workflows /n
- Configuration (including UI form development)/Security (including User Management) / Reporting dashboardsn
- Create and Maintain D365 F&O Environments / Batch Jobs / Security Roles. (Security Roles Assignment) / Business Process Workflown
- Managing DevOps Pipeline & Taskn
- Managing the code movement between environmentsn
-Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O Issues. Managing the code d -eployment from QA, UAT & Production environmentsn

- Help team ensure compliance with IT policies and proceduresn
- Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements upgradesn
- Skilled with knowledge transfers handoffs (e.g., support transition knowledge)n
- Ability to support troubleshoot complex integrations and data

nDesired Skill set:n
n
- Five (5)+ years of experience in D365 F&O Application Supportn
- Knowledge on Project Management or Ticketing System (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow)n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Effective multitasker who can work on a variety of competing tasks at the same time

Qualification:n
n
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or related fieldn
Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zonesn
n
- Microsoft D365 Certification MB-300n
- Working knowledge of Power Platform
