Senior Technical Team Lead
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer who can also take on the responsibility of leading a technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, along with proven leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a team of developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a technical team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable fullstack applications using the latest technologies and best practices.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team by introducing new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology and incorporate them into the development process.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
- Actively participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing and hiring new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Fullstack Developer, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with database design and optimization.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
