Position Overview:

As a Technical Integration Executive at our payment aggregation company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth integrations and effective API management. Your expertise in API knowledge and querying will be instrumental in driving our mission to provide top-notch payment solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities as a Technical Integration Executive will include:
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Customer Success, to understand merchant requirements and propose effective integration solutions.
  • Demonstrating our payment acceptance capabilities to engage and secure merchant partnerships.
  • Leading the design and presentation of integration solutions for major merchant engagements.
  • Providing critical support to the sales team by leveraging your product knowledge to address merchant requirements effectively.
  • Preparing comprehensive requirements and functional specifications based on merchant interactions and market trends.
  • Effectively communicating product information, updates, and directions to the sales team.
  • Managing the sales funnel for overall Business Development.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in technical integration or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or banking industry with exposure to digital payment and merchant acquiring products.
  • A strong understanding of payment systems and proven experience in managing technical integrations and client engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with lead tracking tools will be considered an added advantage.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and operate independently in the fast-paced fintech industry.
  • A Master's or Undergraduate degree in computer science or business-related field.
