Job Overview: As a Recruiting Consultant at WOLVES by upGrad Enterprise, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to placing them in suitable roles with our clients. Your performance will be directly measured by the revenue you generate through successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust candidate database for current and future opportunities.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for all stakeholders.
Performance and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets by making successful placements.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the team and company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
