Position Overview:
In this role you are responsible for managing the client end to end for their hiring needs.
This is a mix- of high IC role and an element of team management.
- Tech Recruitment experience is a must
- Agency experience is a must
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with designated
key clients. Understand their organizational structure, culture, hiring needs, and pain
points.
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with clients to create customized recruitment
strategies that align with their business objectives and talent requirements.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards,
social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top tech talent.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Screen and assess candidates based on
technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present only the most suitable candidates
to clients.
Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling
interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and collecting feedback from both
clients and candidates.
Negotiation: Assist in negotiating compensation packages and other employment
terms between clients and candidates.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues that arise during the recruitment process
promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and
candidates.
Team Management : Leverage your technical expertise to guide team members in
understanding and evaluating candidates technical qualifications.
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on team
performance, recruitment metrics, and market insights to senior management
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or
related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in tech recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring
tech professionals across diverse roles.
In-depth knowledge of technology stacks, programming languages, and IT job roles.
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems; proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools
and platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.
