Job Description

As a Global Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technical teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates. You will partner with hiring managers and leverage your expertise to drive the recruitment process, ensuring we meet our strategic staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse technical talent globally.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and recruitment platforms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, providing a thorough evaluation of candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Market Insights:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and retention strategies to support employee success.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success.
  • Proven experience in developing sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of global employment laws and practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 800,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:
