As a Global Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technical teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates. You will partner with hiring managers and leverage your expertise to drive the recruitment process, ensuring we meet our strategic staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse technical talent globally.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, providing a thorough evaluation of candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Market Insights:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and retention strategies to support employee success.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a global context.
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success.
- Proven experience in developing sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of global employment laws and practices is a plus.
