Responsibilities

Doing quality checks on the content created by technical writers as per the guidelines.

Communicating constructive feedback to the technical writers.

Training and imparting project updates to team of technical writers

Identify areas of improvement and provide suitable actions items.

Ability to interact confidently with US clients.

Carrying out instructions given by Project Lead.

Review and evaluate technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Ensure that content adheres to established guidelines, style standards, and best practices.

Identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and technical inaccuracies in written materials.

Collaborate with content writers to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Grammar Nazi with hawk eye to catch errors in a timely manner.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Capable of judging incorrect language usage and incorrect formatting.

Ability to identify flaws and deliver error-free deliverables.

Knowledge and In-Depth understanding of a broad range of industrial products.

One should have good research skills.

Qualification-Graduate

B.Tech/B.E or M.Tech ( Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Production / Automobile / Mechatronics)

B.sc ( Physics/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biochemistry)

BA/BCom/BMS/BBA/BFA/BSC (non IT profile)/BArch

Min 6 month Experience as a technical content writer

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
