u00A0The Consultant / Senior Consultant u2013 Adobe Campaign is a technical role that requires providing Consulting advice and support to Clients for Implementing Adobe Campaign solution and any technical advisory required afterwards. This is a client-facing role and requires consultant to liaise with the client, understand their technical and business requirements and then Implement Adobe Campaign solution in a manner client gets most value out of the solution. Consultantu2019s main objective is to drive successful delivery and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our customer.u00A0
The Senior Technical Consultant will enable client success by providing innovative solutions leveraging Adobeu2019s Digital Marketing Suite of products. The consultant will develop coding best practices and solutions that integrate with the clientu2019s current online infrastructure including mobile and any third party advertising efforts. The role includes utilizing and developing best practices for integrating Digital Marketing Products with existing websites, providing support and training to other marketing specialists as needed, mentoring new Development Consultants, maintaining documentation of solutions and integrations,u00A0
continuing education on new technologies and platforms that provide benefit to the Digital Marketing Suite and the implementations and delivering top notch solutions to clients.u00A0

u2022 Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to): o Work with Clients to assess requirementsu00A0
o Configure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flowsu00A0
o Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to customersu2019 requirement including Campaigns set-ups, building web pages using Scriptingu00A0
o Develop customer specific solutions where necessary and document themu00A0
o Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolutionu00A0
u2022 Create Implementation plans for new and existing clientsu00A0
u2022 Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implementedu00A0
u2022 Product Installations, Upgrades and Configuration activitiesu00A0
u2022 Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which donu2019t have dedicated Project Managersu00A0
u2022 Build great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globallyu00A0
u2022 Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementationsu00A0
u2022 Act as a Development lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultantsu00A0
u2022 Learn multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions and provide multi-product Enablement and Integration solutions to strategic clientsu00A0
u2022 Work with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations in regards to Digital Marketing Suite technical implementationsu00A0
u2022 Support additional team members by mentoring and teachingu00A0
u2022 Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of Business Consulting Service to your clientsu00A0

u2022 Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)u00A0

u2022 Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentationu00A0
