Job Title: Solution Architect/Lead
Job Overview:
EPBCS Planning Implementer
We are seeking an experienced Hyperion Planning Solution Architect/Lead with strong client-facing skills and expertise in designing end-to-end Hyperion Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of client requirements, public sector budgeting practices, and hands-on experience in implementing Hyperion Planning solutions.
Responsibilities.
- Support Implementation Roadmap and Plan
- Develop automated data integration to, from, and across the Oracle EPM Cloud environment.
- Write complex business rules and data management steps!
- Translate end state business and technology models into solution blueprints.
- Formulating business and technical solutions
- Lead solution design for 2 to 3 Hyperion Planning projects, encompassing the entire solution footprint.
- Understand client requirements and map them to the Oracle Planning (EPBCS) solution, playing a consultative advisory role.
Requirements
Strong desire to build a career within Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 or 2 Capex planning implementation
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1 Projects planning implementation
- Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7+ yrs. experience in implementing Oracle EPBCS Planning
- Hands-on experience in doing Oracle EPM Cloud Implementations
- Hands-on experience in creating complex Hyperion financial reports.
- Strong Excel abilities
- Knowledge of planning Metadata/dimensions, member formula, UDA, dense/sparse dimensions, Exp in ASO/BSO cubes, Exp in writing complex calculation script/business rules including allocation etc.
- Exp in Capex, workforce planning is good to have.
- Understanding of complete planning and budgeting cycle.
- Experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfaces.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skill at all levels, managerial, technical, and user.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills and Works well under pressure with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent activities without losing track of details and can work autonomously under self-direction.
- Analyzing Data financial reports using Excel Add-ins.
- Applying security filters for different applications.
- Hands-on experience in creating Business rules/Smart list/Task list
- Hands-on experience working with workflow in Hyperion Planning
