Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with assigned accounts. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring that clients fully leverage Actimize's solutions to meet their business needs.
Your role is critical in understanding client requirements, resolving open issues, sharing best practices, and becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
You will be partnering with other Actimize employees and teams (technical support, professional services, product management, engineering, etc.), ensure that all technical challenges and other issues/cases/requests are being handled properly, are within SLA targets, and are progressing toward resolution
