Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Lead at Maxicus in Vadodara. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, setting performance goals, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, the Team Lead will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
