This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Team Lead - BPO at TaxKitab in Mumbai. The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of BPO professionals, managing daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and optimizing processes for efficiency and client satisfaction. They will collaborate with internal departments to meet targets, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
