Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with sales leadership to understand specific requisition requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop tailored sourcing plans for regional and national Sales Managers and Heads responsible for handling different client types, including large enterprises and retail channels.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and related roles, including Sales Managers, Channel Sales, Partner Managers, and Sales Operations professionals.
- Ensure that recruitment timelines and SLAs are met across the board.
Primary Point of Contact:
- Serve as the central contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
Sourcing Top Talent:
- Leverage a variety of channels-career days, recruitment events, social media, industry databases, and direct sourcing-to attract top-tier talent.
- Implement innovative strategies to build long-term relationships with potential candidates, specifically in the consumer electronics sector.
Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, including market shifts, competitor movements, and changes in candidate expectations.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to refine recruiting strategies.
Drive Sales Recruiting Initiatives:
- Lead and drive recruiting projects that focus on improving efficiency and enthusiasm for Sales Recruiting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to ensure recruitment efforts align with Lenovo's strategic objectives in the consumer electronics space.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of proven success as a Sales Recruiter, with a strong focus on hiring in Services or B2B Domain
- Experience recruiting for sales leadership roles and managing large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage high-volume recruiting efforts for sales professionals across multiple geographies and sales functions, such as B2B, B2C, and channel sales.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales metrics, performance KPIs, and success drivers for high-performing sales teams. Familiarity with different client segments, including enterprise, SMB, and retail channels.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Track and report on recruiting metrics, using data to drive decision-making and demonstrate recruiting impact.
