As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral part of managing our company's entire recruitment cycle. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating candidates for various positions, as well as internally coordinating to arrange interview rounds. Familiarity with our brands and teams is essential, and you will play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience for all applicants who engage with our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the complete recruitment process, ensuring responsibility and accountability throughout.
- Apply proficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods to identify top candidates.
- Effectively utilize job platforms, agencies, and recruitment groups to source candidates for all our brands.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across brands to comprehend staffing requirements and achieve hiring objectives.
- Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Compile, negotiate, and dispatch offer letters to successful candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new joiners by scheduling and coordinating induction batches and issuing appointment letters.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated 4-6 years of recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry
- Proficient communication and influential skills in both English and Hindi
- Possesses a professional attitude with robust screening and interviewing capabilities
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Working knowledge of job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc.
