Position Summary
Pivotree is looking for a Senior Specialist to join as a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team.
Objectives of the role
Responsible for India specific key hiring, which includes hiring for niche skills, senior level and strategic roles.
Strengthen relationships with Global internal stakeholders and partnering with them to understand the hiring need, strategize the approach and fulfil the positions.
Understand the domain/ business, technical landscape, map the industry and build the talent pool for future hiring.
Adhere to all the hiring related processed and maintain data for audit purpose.
Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition member
Generate innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suit the technical requirements of the company
Plan and participate in Fresher hiring programs which includes Campus and Off-campus hiring across locations
External and internal job posting and branding talent acquisition to maximize talent references.
This is an individual role with complete ownership for end-to end hiring for the organization.
Required skills and qualifications
Extensive experience in IT recruitment (skillset like SAAS/ cloud-based tech stack, MDM, Digital Supply Clain, eCommerce, Fullstack etc.) along with Senior level Hiring for the organization
Around 7-10 yrs of relevant experience in IT recruitment are needed.
Fair understanding of different technical terminologies and skillsets being used in Software Industries which would help the individual to analyse the JD and find the right fitment for the organization.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking.
Experience in working with different ATS Systems and Job Boards.
Experience in IT Consulting & Product/ IP related niche technical hiring are must to have.
Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
Decent knowledge in Google/ MS Excel worksheets, Dashboard is expected to have.
