Key Job Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to remain competitive in the talent market.
