We are seeking a Senior Manager / AVP Talent Acquisition Specialist for our international BPO. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in the BPO industry and possess proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. They should be adept at hiring candidates in bulk using various techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various techniques to recruit candidates in bulk.
• Ensure readiness to work in shifts and extend working hours as needed.
• Possess a good understanding of Mumbai's geography and demography.
• Handle international coordination and reporting tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the BPO industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to hire candidates in bulk using diverse techniques.
• Readiness to work in shifts and extend working hours if required.
• Good understanding of Mumbai's geography and demography.
• Experience in international coordination and reporting is preferred.
• Total experience of 10-13 years is preferred.
