About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fintech team in Pune. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven recruitment professional with extensive experience in volume hiring and a strategic understanding of both tech and financial services recruitment needs. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with stakeholders, and developing DEI-focused hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from strategy to offer management, focusing on a high volume of roles within technology and financial services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, TA leads, and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive alignment on candidate profiles.
- Strategic Hiring Planning: Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business demands, leveraging knowledge of the fintech industry, tech stacks, and market trends.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure recruitment processes align with industry standards, regulatory norms, and compliance requirements.
- DEI Hiring Initiatives: Design and implement DEI-focused hiring strategies, including female hiring, women returnship programs, and initiatives for LGBTQ and PWD candidates.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize strong analytical skills to measure recruitment metrics, enhance processes, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication: Deliver clear and effective communication across stakeholders, candidates, and business leaders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Experience: 6-7 years of talent acquisition experience within fintech or similar industries.
- Location: Must be based in Pune, India.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for technical and financial roles. (Note: Only sourcing experience is not sufficient).
- Volume Hiring Experience: Comfortable managing high recruitment volumes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and candidates.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory norms and compliance standards within fintech.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics and strategy development.
- DEI Hiring Knowledge: Strong understanding of various ED&I pillars, including initiatives around female hiring, returnship, PWD, and LGBTQ recruitment.
