About the role:

If you are someone who prefers a steep learning curve, enjoys the speed of execution, and has a knack for engaging (spotting, interviewing, onboarding) high-quality talent, this opportunity will enable you to step up your game.

What will you own

1. Identify, spot, and engage top 10%cile talent in GTM (Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Support Function) roles
2. Interview, assess, and build a top-quality talent pipeline
3. Solve problem statements around recruiting challenges like discovering new talent pool, engaging passive Talent, velocity of candidates in the pipeline, skill v/s pay to benchmark, employer brand positioning
4. Build structures around hiring assessment, and hiring funnels and make data-driven decisions that yield results
5. Mentor and coach team junior team members

What are we looking for

1. 4 to 8 years of experience in Recruiting for Start-ups or set-ups that demand high speed of execution and quality output
2. Believes in recording, tracking, and taking data-driven actions e.g. yield ratio, quality of hire, throughput, etc
3. Extremely time & effort-conscious focusing on output and outcome
