Your Mission: As our
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in
Hyderabad, India and reporting to the
Head of Global Talent Sourcing & EMEA Recruitment, your role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent for our global organization. This position requires a blend of strategic sourcing and hands-on recruitment to fill critical roles across various levels. You will need a strategic mindset, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with a competitive drive for continuous success and the ability to act as a consultative partner to both internal clients and candidates.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:
- Proactive Sourcing and Networking: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive market research, networking, and participation in industry events. Apply advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping to uncover high-caliber candidates in untapped markets and passive candidate pools.
- Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Execute the talent acquisition process for roles across the organization, aligning recruitment activities with strategic business objectives and operational needs. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent who are not only aligned with but can propel the strategic goals forward.
- Collaborative Hiring Process Management : Partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies are comprehensive and effective, enhancing the quality of hires and the efficiency of the recruitment lifecycle. Leverage competitive intelligence and deep-web Boolean searches to tailor recruitment approaches to the specific needs of each role.
- Data-Driven Recruitment Optimization: Utilize analytics to track recruitment performance, adjust strategies, and report on key metrics to continuously improve the hiring process. Emphasize the use of data in identifying trends in candidate availability.
- Engagement and Advocacy: Serve as a key advocate for both candidates and internal clients, facilitating effective communication and relationship building throughout the recruitment cycle. Implement advanced communication strategies and platforms to engage with candidates across diverse channels, enhancing the candidate experience and employer brand.

- Advanced Sourcing Skills: Demonstrate mastery in leveraging advanced sourcing strategies that include deep-web Boolean searching, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence gathering to unearth passive candidates. Skilled in using innovative tools and platforms beyond conventional job boards and LinkedIn to tap into niche markets and specific skill sets.
- Global Recruitment Experience: Extensive experience managing recruitment in multiple geographic regions, with a deep understanding of diverse talent pools and recruitment practices.
- Analytical Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing data to shape recruitment strategies and enhance process efficiencies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to forge relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and effectively advocate for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong capability to anticipate potential challenges, creatively solve problems, and make informed decisions that reflect both immediate needs and long-term organizational goals.

- Advanced Degree or Certification : Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related certification in recruiting or talent management.
- End-to-End Recruitment Expertise : Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including behavioral interviewing, and competency-based interview assessments.
