Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and HR operations, with a proven track record of successful talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires, while also contributing to office administration and HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Office Administration:

Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

HR Operations:

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, office administration, and HR operations.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent knowledge on multiple Job boards like Naukri, Linkedin etc.
Must have experience in hiring multiple SAP modules.

Preferred Skills:


Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience in SAP Service based organization is advantageous.

Working Conditions:


This position is primarily based in an office environment.
Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events and job fairs.
