Job Description
As a Tableau Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards that provide business insights to our clients. Your expertise with Tableau and Tableau CRM will help clients leverage data to make informed decisions, integrate Salesforce data, and create impactful visual analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Integrate Tableau with Salesforce data using Tableau CRM to provide seamless analytics and insights.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop interactive data visualizations and self-service analytics tools.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to prepare data for reporting.
- Optimize existing Tableau dashboards for performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with other team members (Salesforce administrators, consultants, developers) to implement data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
- Provide end-user training and support on Tableau dashboards and analytics tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest Tableau and Salesforce Einstein AI features and updates.
Requirements
Qualification, Skills & Experience (Mandatory):
- 5+ years of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and integration between Salesforce and Tableau.
- Proficiency in data blending, mapping, calculations, and building advanced visualizations in Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL/SOQL for querying and managing data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Tableau Certification is mandatory.
- Familiarity with other Salesforce tools (e.g., Salesforce Reports, Apex) is a bonus.
