Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's systems infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our IT operations, with a focus on server, processor, GPU/CPU technology, and data center cooling. Additionally, you will work closely with customers and partners to design and implement liquid cooling solutions, support technical closure of deals, and provide a comprehensive perspective on the impact of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain system architecture, including hardware, software, and networking components.

Install and configure operating systems, applications, and system management tools.

Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.

Perform regular security monitoring to identify vulnerabilities and resolve them promptly.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.

Troubleshoot system issues and outages, including root cause analysis and resolution.

Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.

Evaluate new technologies and recommend hardware and software upgrades or replacements.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and colleagues.

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies outside of regular business hours.

Manage and optimize server hardware and software, including configurations for NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel processors and GPUs/CPUs.

Utilize knowledge of data center cooling systems to ensure optimal thermal management and energy efficiency in data center environments.

Design and implement liquid cooling solutions for customers, tailored to their specific data center requirements.

Work closely with partners to integrate and deploy our solutions in customer environments.

Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process to help close deals with customers.

Conduct training sessions and provide technical documentation to customers and partners.

Assist in pre-sales activities by presenting technical solutions to customers and addressing their concerns.

Understand the competitive landscape, including strengths and weaknesses of competing products.

Develop strategies to effectively pitch against competitors and highlight the unique value propositions of our solutions.

Provide a comprehensive perspective to clients on the impact of implementing ZutaCore solutions in their data centers, including total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) analysis.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a System Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.

Deep knowledge of system design, implementation, and maintenance.

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).

Familiarity with networking protocols and security principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.

Hands-on experience with server hardware and software, including configurations for NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel processors and GPUs/CPUs.

Understanding of data center cooling systems and their impact on thermal management and energy efficiency.

Experience in designing and implementing liquid cooling solutions.

Ability to work with partners to deploy solutions in customer environments.

Strong technical sales skills, including the ability to present and explain technical solutions to customers.

Understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to develop strategies to pitch against competitors.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plus.
