Senior System Administrator

Currently we are hiring as Sr System Administrator.

Job Location: Hyderabad.

Job Description:

1. Administer, Manage and Troubleshoot Hardware and Software

System Infrastructure comprising of Large Number of Desktops,

Printers, UPS, Backup systems etc, Manage Engine desktop central Tool and Remote Desktop Connection, Zoom Call,WebEx call,Teams Call ,Etc

2. Maintenance of Switches , Routers, Firewall And Servers

3. Responsible for troubleshooting Internet issues. Troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure. Setup and maintained LAN connectivity and Wireless networks.

4. Ticketing Tool -Manage Engine Service Desk plus,Track SLAs,OLAs, proactively.

5. Experience in Active Directory- Creating and adding Users in OU, groups, Unlocking and reset Password, Backup, etc.

6. Providing IT Security System Awareness to the Organization users. Assisted with policies and procedure

7. Designing and implementing infrastructure and application hardening methodologies (Servers, Storage, Network, Data Stores, Endpoints, Users), access control...etc

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
