Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor with exceptional drafting skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using advanced surveying tools and equipment, as well as proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D. A key responsibility of this role will be to extract and calculate backfilling quantities based on survey data and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land and construction site surveys using advanced surveying tools (e.g., Total Station, GPS, etc.).

Analyze survey data to create precise and detailed reports.

Utilize AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and similar software to draft and prepare detailed plans and drawings.

Extract and calculate quantities of backfilling materials required from survey data.

Ensure all surveying activities meet project specifications.

Collaborate with the design teams to interpret and implement survey data into actionable plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed survey records for ongoing and future reference.

Provide technical support and training to junior surveyors as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

ITI/Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a surveyor in the construction or civil engineering industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and similar drafting software.

Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and tools.

Demonstrated ability to calculate quantities.

Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with GIS and other geospatial tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in advanced surveying techniques and drafting software.

Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

Salary 1500 to 3000 USD
