Job Description

The job holder needs:

Ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times

Maintaining positive external communication with customers.

Main tasks:

  • Receiving, documenting, and analyzing customer concerns and issues.
  • Classifying, analyzing, and resolving customer reported concerns.
  • Independently planning, controlling, and tracking support activities.
  • Implementing developed solutions and troubleshooting customer systems.
  • Performing updates and maintenance of customer systems as requested.
  • Ensuring compliance with information security and data protection requirements.

Professional Competence:

Completed vocational training with specialization in IT or equivalent professional experience.

Work experience as a technical consultant, support staff, or similar.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, AZURE, and Power Platform

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in MS Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Methodological competence: Structured approach to work Strong organizational skills
