Job Description

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to entire Line of Business operations, demonstrating vision, experience, and reliability
  • Promoting a culture of can do attitude and say do ratio with project deadline and quality across the team
  • Design/ review and construction including foundations, retaining walls, substation structures and more
  • Continuous self-learning through webinars, industry workshops, certificates, etc.
  • Design of new retaining wall to replace old and guardrails
  • Own the QA/QC processes and execute procedures to ensure safety is number one priority.
  • Design grading and drainage design and review
  • Driveway and drive area design and review
  • Site visual inspections, condition assessments, and recommendations for remedial repairs
  • Obtain surveys and verify dimensions and elevations required
  • Develop permits & waivers matrix
