Roles and Responsibilities:

L3 Deliverables:

Monthly call analysis

Managing and reconfiguring replication

Audit of administrator accounts

Snapshot or Snap Mirror Management

Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents

Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis

Performance tuning suggest by OEM

Updation and maintenance of FMEA, CFIA, Availability, Capacity management

Risk Analysis and mitigation planning

Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions

Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures

Preparing, maintaining and updation of SOP and KBase

Maintaining and updation of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents

Incident / Problem / Change management

All minor and major updates / upgrades

Preparation of Preventive Maintenance calendar

Monitoring health of storage app specific suits

Weekly capacity management & autogrow reports

Adherence to the process

Integration of new devices in different tools

Maintain connectivity details for SAN infra

Storage and SAN Architecture diagram

Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management

Keeping track of incident with timestamp and publishing the same on periodic basis

Completing storage or SAN upgrade, code upgrade or maintenance activities in association with principle vendor

Completing cabling activities in association with cabling vendor

Returning faulty parts to respective principle vendor and maintaining tracker of the same

Share owner details for all shares deployed in bank environment

Shared or common drive migration activities.

Inventory of storage, NAS and SAN equipment deployed in bank environment

Monitoring health of storage tool specific suites.

Identifying and removing of unwanted and hanging zones from SAN switches

Migration of data from existing / old storage to new storage.
