The Senior Standards and Governance Process Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to established standards and governance processes. This individual will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and enhancing internal processes to maintain compliance and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of best practices in process analysis and governance, along with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

In this opportunity as Senior Standards and Governance Process Analyst, you will:
- Review and analyze current governance policies and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for process enhancement in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure that standards and governance practices are understood and followed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on governance policies and procedures.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Standards and Governance Process Analyst if your background includes:
- Proven experience as a process analyst or in a related field, preferably with a focus on standards and governance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with process mapping and analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Three years experience in a process analyst role.
