As a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, you will independently lead programs, influencing the roadmap priorities and technical direction for the teams. You will own the communication of all aspects of the program including surfacing risks and progress towards the goal. You will guide the team towards technical solutions and make trade-off decisions. You will drive program management best practices within the team and mentor others to effectively deliver their programs.
Skills/Strengths
- Experience setting goals, building roadmaps and driving delivery across multiple businesses and engineering teams.
- Experience working with product managers to define the requirements, working with engineers to recommend technical and business approaches.
- Understanding software development processes and experience delivering projects on time.
- Ability to prioritise across multiple competing priorities

Education Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years of relevant work experience in technical program/project management in highly distributed development and business environments.
