Job Title: Senior Staff SDET Engineer
Educational Requirements:
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- At least 7 years of strong experience in automation.
- 5+ years of experience leading an automation team.
Technical Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Product Development Life Cycle.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using open-source tools like TestNG, Selenium, and Appium.
- Proven experience in leading automation engineers.
- Experience in CI/CD.
- Proficiency in REST API testing.
- Proficiency in writing test cases, defect logging, and test reporting.
- Experience with SQL.
- Expertise in Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
- Experience working in Unix environments (preferred).
- Understanding of cloud-hosted applications (advantageous).
- Experience in performance testing (advantageous).
- Experience in mobile automation (advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand the requirements and specifications of the product.
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases; automate these test cases.
- Lead the automation team.
- Integrate and maintain automation scripts in CI/CD.
- Conduct functional, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to enhance product quality.
- Generate and analyze test metrics to guide quality improvements.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
