Responsible to develop a robust process and continuously drive improvement in yield and quality to meet KPI.
In your new role you will:
- Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.
- Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions.
- Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
- Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
- Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents.
- Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
- More than 5 years of relevant working experiences
- Lead & Manage Maintenance Engineers & Maintenance Technician
- Develop and realize process & maintenance concepts.
- Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.
- Solve & sustain production issues in a systematic and hands-on approach
