- Must have AWS cloud experience around RDS. 5 years
Skills Required:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server instances and databases.
- Performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries, indexes, and server configurations
- Backup and recovery strategies, including disaster recovery planning
- Security management and permissions administration
- High availability and disaster recovery solutions, such as clustering, mirroring, and Always On Availability Groups
- Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues
- Scripting languages such as SQL, PowerShell, and T-SQL
- Monitoring and alerting tools for SQL Server, such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Agent, and third-party monitoring tools
- Must have SSIS and SSRS administration experience
- Must have AWS cloud experience around RDS.
- SQL Server to RDS migration experience with SSIS and SSRS components required.
