Position Purpose
At Greytip, we firmly believe that working with existing customers and enhancing the value we provide them is as important as on-boarding new customers. The implementation engineer at Greytip would be visiting clients across India. The implementer will be presenting and giving the training to clients. Collecting client feedback and coordinating across the team.
Preferred Functional Knowledge
- The candidate has good payroll and HRMS implementation experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and time-management ability
- Good at communication. Local (Telugu, English Language)
Key Responsibility
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation, and value proposition.
- Have an understanding of the current product backlog.
- Clarify urgency and importance so team members can prioritize work.
- Identifying and removing impediments to the development process
- Serving as a point of contact
- Defining and monitoring success metrics and key performance indicators
- Ensuring that the product is completed on time.
- Positive and problem-solving mindset
- Managing project progress
- Coaching to improve team member skill sets.
- Motivating team members to accomplish their goals.
- Identify work that can be delegated.
Tools Experience If Any
- Microsoft Excel
- MS Access & SQL ( Optional )
- Customer support tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk etc will be a value add.
Qualification And Experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively set the team's objectives.
- Organizational skills and time-management ability
- Ability to mentor and train new team members
- Good knowledge in the implementation (Core HR- Leave, Attendance, Employee) (Payroll)
- Indian Payroll and statutory knowledge
- Lead all project meetings.
- Track all project activities.
- Define requirements and monitor those through to implementation.
- Manage projects with a specific focus on deliverables, tasks, and due dates.
- Establish and successfully manage relationships with clients as assigned.
- Report and escalate issues to the Project Manager or supervisor as needed.
- Provide input and recommendations for improvements in internal processes to provide efficiency and effectiveness. Provide customer support until the implementation support has been completed.
