Business Process Re-Engineering skilled Senior Specialist Methods & Procedures would assist AT&T teams in preparing cross functional process diagrams, help adopt industry best practices and tools around BPM, BPMN, BPEL,BAM, UML, Process Simulator etc facilitating quantitative/qualitative analysis of process correlations, resource allocations, weak-points analyses and processing times with background in Design Thinking, 6 Sigma, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL etc
In this role candidate is expected to lead design thinking workshops, adopt a sig sigma, agile and ITIL approach towards business process re-engineering initiatives. tasks could include gathering/defining business requirements, documenting/capturing end-to-end business processes flows for AS-IS and TO-BE business models, the candidate would need to develop deep understanding of root cause of existing problems/issues and recommend necessary engineered solutions for eliminating the root causes, additionally the candidate would work with technology solution architects and software programmers to translate business requirements into software artefacts or re-engineered business processes.
Roles And Responsibilities

Key Competencies And Skills
- 6+ Years Of Technical and/or Business Consulting background, Top quality technology transformation and change management experience
- Hands on skills in industry best practices and tools around BPM, BPMN, BPEL,BAM, UML, Process Simulator etc.
- Software development/architect experience in development projects using PERL,Python,Java, Oracle DB, Micro Services, Camunda etc would be most preffered.
- Business Case Analysis and Preparations, exposure to cognitive computing areas such as Automation, AI/ML, experienced in preparing process diagrams using best in league BPM Tools.
- Strong preference for candidates with background in Design Thinking, 6 Sigma ( Green Belt or Black Belt Certified) , Agile, TOGAF, ITIL Certification etc
- Knowledge of communication technologies (Business Voice over IP - BVOIP, Advanced Virtual Private Network - AVPN, Managed Internet Service MIS, Software defined WAN SDWAN) would be a plus.
Education And Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
