Key Responsibilities;
- T o support and adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety working practices at all times
- To maintain a high level of housekeeping within the Tooling department
- To support production to ensure that quality standards are met in adherence to ISO requirements and remedial action taken where necessary.
- Form part of a cohesive team, i ncluding maintenance, production specialists and other departments as required.
- Take a maintenance role in the Tooling and Production department and it's operators/operations through the necessary day to day activities.
- To ensure tooling requirements for the current and subsequent future jobs are ready.
- To inform all spares and tooling required for ordering by maintaining usage and predicted usage logs.
- To monitor equipment condition and maintain adequate unit spares ready for replacement in the production equipment during breakdowns.
- Active involvement with production specialists on preventive maintenance.
- Active participation in routine CLAIR activities alongwith production specialists.
- Maintain accurate records of all tooling, job changes, and other.
- To develop, in conjunction with others, working methods and systems to continuously improve safety, product quality, efficiency and waste.
- To participate in a 5S based system to housekeeping within the Maintenance & Tooling department
Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making
Experience : Minimum 3 5 Years
