The individual will assist in providing effective, efficient, and legally compliant human resource services to designated clients and their employees at the workplace.
Managing employee lifecycle activities on a routine basis is the major KRA along with specified processes practiced at client locations, as deliberated inhere.
Pre-joining & Onboarding Activities:
- Draft offer Letters & Employment Agreement/ Contract/ Appointment Letter as per client requirement.
- Pilot BGV and reference check exercise with our locally assigned vendors.
- Schedule and conduct New hire Induction on Day 1.
- Ensure that all documentation is complete as per the pre-defined onboarding SOP.
HR Documentation and Policy Framework:
- Timely prepare and issue all the letters like probation confirmation, NOC, relieving letter experience letter, addendums etc., as and when required as a part of the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain e-files, employee personal files, employment compliance-related files and other HR-related records.
- Building New Company Policies and Handbook for clients, as well as revising the pre- existing polices annually.
- Designing new employment letters.
Leaves and Attendance Management:
- Preparation of monthly attendance reports and reconcile leave balance for updating on the portal.
- Resolve all leaves and attendance related queries of employees at client office.
- Maintain and monitor leave data through timesheets
Insurance:
- Assist group and individual Health, Accidental and Term life Insurance process.
- Work closely with Insurance brokers to fulfil client requirement.
Payroll:
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and send to finance team.
Performance management:
- Drive the annual review process.
- Prepare salary change letters.
Exit Management:
- Drive Exit interviews as per client requirement.
- In charge of other exit formalities as per Exit Management SOPs.
Ad Hocs:
- To advise client on best industry practices in alignment to Indian employment laws.
- Actively participate and present new ideas to department Head for improvising the process.
- Employee grievances and query resolution.
- Support in HR related sessions conducted by HR Advisory team at client location.
- General day to day employee query resolution (leaves, policies, benefits, insurances)
- All pay out recordings (Bonus/salary increase etc.) in employee files
