Training Facilitation: Conduct behavioral/leadership trainings on multiple professional development and management topics.
Design and drive behavioral/soft skill development through holistic long-term learning interventions.
Program Management: Plan & execute delivery of training; (in-house or external); identify, evaluate, contract with external training agencies; set expectations and performance measures; plan and roll-out programs; analyze and effect needed corrective and preventive actions
Marketing and Communication to build awareness, at a pre and post program stage
Consult on and develop bespoke solutions for development needs of business functions.
Partner with global COE to ensure learning is delivered in a consistent manner firm wide.
Assess and drive post program impact, drive learning effectiveness!
Stakeholder management with senior business leaders, as a lead learning partner.
Manage all vendor relationships for design and delivery of programs.
Leverage Workday Learning for design and development of programs
Content design using across mediums e.g. facilitated sessions, eLearning courses, videos content creation tools (optional)
Skills:
4-8 years of work experience, with atleast 4 years in a COE role in HR L&D functions in Soft Skills/ Behavioral Programs, in conducting Training Needs Analysis, conceptualizing learning program design, program management .
Solid facilitation skills, with at least 3-4 years training delivery experience, including junior to mid level audiences
Certified on psychometric instruments and leadership assessment tools (good to have)
Solid content development & design skills (must have)
Strong vendor management experience (good to have)
Good exposure to Talent development, Be able to conceptualize and design programs basis different models like 70:20:10 (must have)
Exposure to best-in-class HR & learning management systems e.g. Workday (good to have)
Ability to originate ideas and take initiative to scope, design and customize solutions
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels (must have)
Able to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
